Well Worth the Drive I found about North Country Ford from another satisfied customer and am glad I made a trip to the dealership. There were Ford dealerships closer howev I found about North Country Ford from another satisfied customer and am glad I made a trip to the dealership. There were Ford dealerships closer however I had to check out for myself if all the praise I heard about the dealership was true. The best expereince I have had a dealership hands down. I came in on a Saturday and left with my new leased 2014 Ford Escape. Bill Fannon was a delight to work with, positive, informative and no pressure. Working with Tom Reil in Finance was a pleasure along with Elizabeth Peck who was also helpful and professional. I will definitely refer others looking for a great dealership to North Country Ford. They did not disappoint. More

Everything worked out in the end, due to their awesome finance lady. but sales and finance were not on the same page, when it come to the rebate process. 1.9% financing & $2000 in rebates, is what sales e finance lady. but sales and finance were not on the same page, when it come to the rebate process. 1.9% financing & $2000 in rebates, is what sales explained. Financing said 1.9% financing or $2000 in rebates. I point this out because I asked for clarification from sales, before we went ahead with the deal. Sales was wrong. I could understand some confusion at the beginning of a rebate offering, but this rebate has been going on for a while now. More

Everyone I worked with was great. They supplied a 'loaner car' to me which enabled me to get back into my daily/nightly routine of getting to and from work, the kids to school, etc. They fixed the c 'loaner car' to me which enabled me to get back into my daily/nightly routine of getting to and from work, the kids to school, etc. They fixed the car, supplied me with 2 new tires (even priced matched as I found a cheaper price elsewhere) and explained to me in great detail what they did. I felt I was in good hands and I felt they were very honest as well, unlike some mechanics out there. An overall great experience and I will continue to drive out of my way to get here for my car maintenance needs. More
