We didn't feel rushed, and Bill let us borrow the car for a few hours so that we could do an extended test drive. We decided on a 2014 car that still felt new, and Bill made sure the car was washed, vacuumed, and looking great by the time we finished with the paperwork. This was my first purchase with RBM, and I have to say it was the smoothest and most professional car buying experience I've had to date. (Sharon, the financial services manager, was a delight to work with as well.) I would definitely recommend RBM, and Bill Favini in particular!
