To be transparent, the vehicle we "purchased" was won in a raffle. With that said, we were assigned Bill Favini as a salesperson. Bill was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to wor a raffle. With that said, we were assigned Bill Favini as a salesperson. Bill was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout this entire experience. Bill emailed, texted and called us several times throughout this experience to ensure we had all, or provided all, the information needed on both sides of this transaction. I'm quite certain that anyone working with Bill, on a non-assigned purchase, would be completely satisfied with the entire process. He embodies everything the Mercedes brand represents (coming from a first time Mercedes owner), and he exemplifies the salesperson role. I'm quite certain he makes the ABM team better each and every day. Two other wonderful call-outs for ABM would be the finance manager Roberto, and the young man who helped us learn about the car - Martin. More

RBM of Alpharetta was perfect for our purchase. We chose them based on the availability of the vehicle we wanted, so didn’t read any reviews before going. Bill Favini immediately came up to us with a very friendly demeanour. He was truly interested in our needs and listened attentively. We were unfortunately forced to wait for a few weeks, due to my being a recent immigrant, but Bill kept us fully informed throughout this delay. The dealership was wonderful when we finally came to buy, the financial manager worked very hard to get us the best deal and advise us of all our options for maintenance and other protections. Finally, the chap who gave us our delivery handover took all the time we needed to instruct us in our new car, answering all our questions with a friendly and knowledgeable outlook. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership, even though I have other MB dealers closer to me. More

I went in for service to my older model Mercedes and figured I’d test drive a car since I had some spare time. From the very moment Mark introduced himself, he had me hooked! He was amazing! He listened to my wants and my needs, and truly prioritized them and used it to help me find the perfect vehicle. When I went into the dealership I had no intention of buying a new car. Mark wasn’t pushy or self serving. He felt like a friend. I walked out of the dealership with a new car because in conversing with him I felt as if he was there to assist me in not purchasing a car, but in making the right decision for myself and my family, whatever it may be. We were searching for a new small SUV or cross-over for my wife for about 2 months. We meant to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles and my wife decided that her favorite option was the GLA 250 4-Ma my wife for about 2 months. We meant to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles and my wife decided that her favorite option was the GLA 250 4-Matic. We then went to multiple dealerships in the area to discuss the car but were told that the ordering timeframe would be 12-months or more and that we would have to pay significantly over sticker price if we wanted on the order “list.” We were about to go with the BMW instead when a friend recommended that I drive a little further to Alpharetta and work with Bill Favini at RBM Alpharetta. My wife and I were thrilled with the experience that Bill provided from beginning to end. First, Bill allowed us to test drive the car (something that a few other dealerships refused to do, they were purchase to drive only) and then worked with us to order the car spec-ed exactly how my wife wanted it. Bill kept in contact with us throughout the entire process, letting us know when the order was accepted by Mercedes, when the car was shipped, when the car arrived at port and immediately when the car had arrived and was ready for pick-up. Bill was extremely communicative and nice throughout the process and we could not be happier with the service we received at RBM of Alpharetta. More
