He has a very calming disposition so that coupled a great sense of humor were only added benefits. Our experience with Regan was a very positive one. We also bought a 2018 Subaru from Bill Ferry, who is one terrific man. He has never steered us wrong and I must say to Bill, I am driving the Subaru and Bob is driving the lease Toyota. We stopped by at 5:15 pm on our way to a 6 pm soccer game That's what we told Roy when he walked up to us as we were looking at used cars on 2/15/18. We talked with the receptionist on the phone about a car we had seen online and it was still available so we made the drive to Muskegon to see it. Roy VanLiere greeted us when we arrived and had the car parked in front ready for us to take for a test drive. He had a Carfax printed out already and knew all the pertinent details about this car. When we made the decision to purchase Roy facilitated the purchase in a timely manner and had us out the door with a full tank of gas. He was very professional and did a great job for us. More

I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best experience with any dealership I have experienced. I worked with Charley Knapp, the the used car sales manager, and Rob Gould and they both were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and 100% focused on delivering outstanding customer service. I had selected a car from their web site last week and unfortunately when I visited the dealership today I learned the car had been sold the previous evening. Charley and Rob went to work, found a similar car, same model but a nicer car. We were able to negotiate a price and I drove the car home two hours later. Charley and Rob went out of their way to make certain I was satisfied and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this dealership and Charley and Rob...definetly 1st Class More
