Rob Gould asked if he could help me find the kind of car I was looking for. I had been looking at Subaru Outbacks but didn't know much about them. Rob was most helpful and let Ed and I drive one around the lot, which helped us decide right away. Finally Ed could stretch out his long legs comfortably! Rob took lots of time with us and showed us the many nice features on the Outback. Rob was so friendly and seemed to know just what we needed.
