I was researching vehicles and pricing online, and was immediately inundated with sales people texting, e-mailing, and calling me. One dealership stuck out, and it was Campbell Ford Lincoln, Inc. I rece immediately inundated with sales people texting, e-mailing, and calling me. One dealership stuck out, and it was Campbell Ford Lincoln, Inc. I received a text from Katelyn Robbins, the Business Development Manager. I explained I was not "buying" a car immediately, but that I was just checking to see what was available in my price range. I had not bought a brand new car in over 40 years. Katelyn was very polite and was not pushy. She told me that if she could be of any assistance, to please call her and she would help us navigate the car buying waters. 3 to 4 weeks later, my wife and I were ready to look at vehicles in earnest. We went to Campbell's and asked for Katelyn. She explained what her role was in assisting car buyers. She asked us questions to hone in on what we were looking for in a vehicle, pricing, etc... She took us to meet salesman Carl Gilbert. We immediately felt comfortable with Carl, too. He continued to help us wade through the vehicles and options, as well as pricing, and what incentives we would be able to utilize if we bought a new vehicle. We were able to test drive the Escape and the Edge. Carl did not pressure us to make an immediate decision, but rather let us leave to make a decision over the weekend. We went back to see Carl the next week, and we bought the 2020 Edge. We needed to secure the downpayment and tie up some lose ends on our end. We signed the loan papers a couple of days later with Business Manager, Bill Fletcher, who reviewed all the paperwork that needed signing and also explained in layman terms what each entailed. These three people, Katelyn Robbins, Carl Gilbert, and Bill Fletcher, are the reason we bought from Campbell Ford Lincoln, Inc.. They were top notch, personable, professional and they gained our trust. We are very happy with our choice of dealership and with our new Ford Edge. We have since been contacted by Carl Gilbert, who has continued to help us learning all the bells and whistles of the car. Thanks to Campbell and Katelyn, Carl and Bill, for helping us old timers come out winners with a new car that we love. We will recommend Campbell to all our friends and family. More

Erik did a great job with the two truck purchases that we made. He is knowledgeable and is very customer focused. After getting the trucks home he called to see how we were doing.
