Horrible Customer Service The customer service is appalling, to say the least. They sold me an extended warranty on my car back in 2014. I traded in my car a month ago and I wa The customer service is appalling, to say the least. They sold me an extended warranty on my car back in 2014. I traded in my car a month ago and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the extended warranty that I did not use and I only had to call Campbell Ford and provide my mileage on the car and they would issue a check to me- this was told to me by both the new dealership I was working with and Ford, when I called their 800 number. I have personally called Bill Fletcher at Campbell Ford 7 times and left 4 or 5 voicemails. I am being purposely avoided. My new dealership has called several times and talked to the owner and we are still dealing with this matter a month later with no resolution. I will never ever buy another vehicle from them again, and I would not recommend doing business with them unless you want to be given the runaround. They will gladly and easily sell you a car, but good luck if you need customer service after the initial service. More

great experience with good people my car was recently totaled from and accident, i needed new quickly, i dealt with scott, i told him what i needed in my car, what i wanted to pay, and my car was recently totaled from and accident, i needed new quickly, i dealt with scott, i told him what i needed in my car, what i wanted to pay, and which cars i was interested in, scott gave his advice on the cars i was interested and the pros and cons for what i was seeking in one, he also made sure i knew which one had the best deals and incentives going on. he let me go for a test drive, and i was sold, he got me exactly what i wanted. and at the price point lower than what i had been paying for a better car than i had been in. scott was very easy to work, clearly had great relationship with his co workers from the interaction i observed, and was polite and efficient. He was great during a very stressful time, and i will definitely be recommending him to others More

Our salesman, Scott Mabry, went out of his way to get us exactly the right truck. He, along with F & I man Bill Fletcher, got us a great deal with a ton of rebates! Purchasing a vehicle can admittedly be a stressful time. With Scott taking care of everything this was hands down the most efficient and pleasant vehicle purchase ever.
