Excellent experience at Campbell Ford Being unhappy with another vehicle that I had recently purchased from another dealer I went to Campbell Fords website to search for a new vehicle. The Being unhappy with another vehicle that I had recently purchased from another dealer I went to Campbell Fords website to search for a new vehicle. They had exactly what I was looking for so I went out to the dealership. I was greeted by Erik Blad and explained to him what my situation was with my current vehicle and what vehicle I was interested in that they had on their lot. With a lot of negative equity in my current vehicle I wasn’t sure they would be able to do anything. I was very thrilled when they worked a deal with numbers that were very acceptable to me so purchased a new Ford Edge. Everyone at Campbell Ford was very courteous and friendly. My whole experience with Erik was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had at a dealership in a long time. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be going back to this dealership. More

Awesome, We had landed at Campbell Ford out of random chance because our local dealerships never got back to us...apparently didn’t want to sell vehicles. But We had landed at Campbell Ford out of random chance because our local dealerships never got back to us...apparently didn’t want to sell vehicles. But that was a blessing in disguise because Campbell Ford was absolutely wonderful and out did themselves - far exceeding our expectations. We live a little over an hour away and my husband and I will be driving out of our way just to continue working with them. I knew what truck I wanted to test drive and had called and spoke with Evan. We set up a time for later that day and drove out there. He had been waiting on another couple purchasing a vehicle so we had to wait, but that was perfectly okay! All of the staff was very polient and checked on us as we waited. Once we got to test drive the truck and made the decision to purchase it, all of the staff was still continually great! Honestly you can’t go wrong with coming here! There was a couple things that I had asked as a follow up after leaving with the truck and Evan called with all of the information and additional items all promptly. We’re glad we were given awful service by our local dealers and pushed to take finding a truck into our own hands because we ended up finding Campbell Ford. Thank you Campbell Ford for your awesome service the entire time while we were there on Saturday! More
