I went into the dealer for a very specific car, 2017 VW GTI S Manual, of which they only had one. I had done my homework, or so i thought, while on the test drive Goldie was very knowledgeable and pointed out many features I was unaware of. When we got back to the dealer to discuss pricing and structure he was very honest and transparent. He worked with me to put a loan in place that fit with my budget. He and the rest of the finance team were very kind and patient, I was beyond satisfied and was so happy driving my brand new GTI home that evening. I would highly recommend working with Goldie and plan to do so again in the future. More

Treated like family to purchase a vehicle for our family. We spent the day prior test driving at many different dealerships, all had their pros and cons but we didn't find the perfect vehicle for us. We did some more searching that evening and found a great used 2015 Honda Odyssey available at the Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel. My husband contacted Bill "Goldie" Goldsmith online and Goldie was more than happy to help us with our endeavor. We arrived to test drive the van with our 2 year old, carseat, and my very pregnant self. Goldie greeted us like family and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him. After a quick test drive and zero pressure from Goldie we knew this was the van for our expanding family. We spent the afternoon in the dealership with a 2 year old missing his nap and regular lunch/routine. Goldie was nothing short of amazing, entertaining the toddler, treating him like his own grandson, of which he has two and was willing to chat and share stories with us while we waited. Balloons, snacks, games, all very helpful for the wait. There was a slight issue with the 3rd row stowing seats and Goldie made sure we were set to come back in and get it taken care of. When we did bring the van back in, he took care of my son and I yet again making sure we didn't have to linger around the service waiting area too long and got us a rental and sent us on our way. Will highly recommend the Ourisman crew, and specifically Goldie to any friends in the market for a new car and look forward to popping in and saying hello in the future. New Tiguan - Easy and Stressfree Buy! The manager of the dealership talked to me and explained the value of my trade in and what he could give me and why. He was willing to work with me w The manager of the dealership talked to me and explained the value of my trade in and what he could give me and why. He was willing to work with me within the constraints of my budget. He also understood my concerns about keeping my monthly payment as low as possible, given the fact that I have a teenager going to college in the Fall. I was genuinely surprised when he told me my payment would be less than $100 more than it had been for the car I was trading in. I was thrilled! It made all the difference, in fact, it made it okay for me to make this purchase. Goldie, my salesman couldn't have been kinder. He didn't steer to the Tiguan with all the bells and whistles, instead, he steered to the Tiguan that had just the amenities that were important to me - leather and all wheel drive. I left there with exactly the car I wanted and for the price I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend the dealership and my sales associated, Goldie, to my friends and family in the market for a Volkswagen. I love my new car!! More

I live in Laurel, Md. and began to search for another vehicle. I went to at least 7 different car dealerships looking for the right vehicle for me. I'm a big guy, 6'2" 280 lbs, I found it diffucult to find a suitable vehicle that would fit my large body frame. On a whim I went to Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel just to see if I could get in a Volkswagen comfortably, I walk in the dealership and I'm met by Bill (Goldie) Goldsmith. I begin to tell him what I'm looking for and he says I've got the perfect vehicle just for you. We go out on to the used car lot and he points out a Passat. I said Bill I can't fit in that, he says just try it on. I get in the vehicle and to my surprise I fit in the vehicle with room to wiggle. We go out on a test drive and I bought the car that night. He was very patient and understanding to my situation. I suggest if your looking for a vehicle and you want someone who will be looking out for your best interest go see "Goldie". More
