Bill and the entire team at Beechmont Ford were welcoming, helpful, understanding and professional. We are a FORD family and have only bought new Ford/Mercury cars since we graduated from college and bought our first new vehicles. We did not expect to be buying a new car this weekend. Three weeks ago a woman had a heart attack and went left of center, side-swiping the car in front of our son and then hit him head-on in his 18 month old 2010 Mustang - sadly his "baby" was totaled. Fortunately, he was okay, suffering only burns on his hands due to the air bag deployment. We credit the saftey features of his FORD for saving him from serious injury and possibly saving his life. The accident was not his fault and he was devastated. We came to Beechmont Ford because our Internet research of all of the Ford dealerships in the Cincinnati area showed us that Beechmont had the best selection of the new vehicles in our price range. Upon arriving we dreaded the possibility of working with an over-eager, annoying salesperson. We were pleased to meet Bill Gramann, a great guy who seemed to immediately understand our dilemma. Should we stretch our finances and replace the Mustang, or look for a more economical alternative? Bill nver swayed us one way or the other. He listened and brought up every car we showed an interest in. He gave us time to talk as a family. He was relaxed and patient and seemed unconcerned that he was spending his whole day with us. We arrived at 10:30 AM and left the lot with our new car at after 6:00 PM. We fianlly settled on a 2012 Ford Focus and the price was more than fair! We didn't feel like we had to fight and negotiate for a great deal - Bill offered to us the first time. Every person we encountered at Beechmont Ford was courteous and helpful. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Bill to our friends and family. We look forward to coming back in a couple of years when our daughter needs her first new car. More

I have bought many cars in the past. This was the first time I ever felt comfortable and not pressured. Mr. Gramann was very honest and upfront through the entire process. He did not try to pressure me into any specific car. Most salesman pick out the car, the color and have you test drive it then push the sale on that car. Mr. Gramann gave me my options after I told him what I was looking for, then after I chose the car he let me choose the color. After I test drove that car he made sure I was happy with that car or asked if I would be happier in another color. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining in full detail what was happening, what was going to happen. He listened to everything I had to say and though I didn't accomplish everything I wished for...I feel confident in knowing that I didn't settle, that he got me the best deal possible. End result I wanted a lower car payment, a car with more space and better gas millage. I walked away before closing with the exact same payment, a car with more space and better gas millage. I opted to pay the extra $12 a month to get a better warranty. More

I have to say working with Bill Lewis was a very easy experience. He's very down to earth and was very attentive to what I was looking for. This is a rare quality in an Army veteran. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and I have only bought from Billy. I went to 4 other dealerships the week prior, an every sales person that I spoke to was not able to get me into anything have only bought from Billy. We went to see Billy thde following day,an he did everything he could to not only get me into a new car, but also gave me top dollar for my trade. Both times that I went to Billy, he asked me what I wanted, and had it there for me within 12 hrs. As long as Billy is sellng cars, I will only buy from him. I have and will continue to refer anyone looking for a new car to Beechmont Ford and Billy. More
