I brought my 2003 Ford Explorer in for service, and realized that the repair bills may be a bit too high to continue on. I met with Bill (who sold my husband his F150) and purchased a brand new Ford E realized that the repair bills may be a bit too high to continue on. I met with Bill (who sold my husband his F150) and purchased a brand new Ford Escape. Because I was not originally in the mindset to purchase a new car but to fix my existing one, he was more than patient and gave me all the attention I required. Mr. Gramann was very professional and welcoming to my daughter and I during what was an experience I was dreading to pursue. I hav been a loyal Ford Owner for several years. I was very impressed with the fact that I received a Recall notice on the vehicle that was over 9 years old with 170,000+ miles. This convinced me that I had made the right choice then and was determined to buy Ford again. Billy was sincere and caring during the whole transaction, walked us to get home baked goods, kept checking back with us as we were waitng for the paper work to get taken care of. At the end of the purchase He gave me and my daughter a "tour of our new Flex", explained everything with great detail. He made me feel as though HE MEANT what he was saying, by that I mean if I was to call at any moment, he would be there to answer my question or concern. Bll is a fine asset to your company. I have place his card in my wallet and will share this experience to anyone looking to purchase a car. The whole staff was caring and friendly, no high pressure sales, no sharking etc. I honestly believe this was my best car buying experience. More

Billy was very friendly. He worked with us in finding the right price without pushing us into a higher priced car. We felt he really listened to what we wanted and needed and helped work to accomplish t the right price without pushing us into a higher priced car. Bill G was my original salesperson via email, but when we showed up unexpectedly I called him from the parking lot and he was off that day. Both Finance and cleanup were swamped due to heavy sales that day and he made sure we were comfortable for the couple of hours we had to wait.
