Very enjoyable car buying experience! I came in to test drive a vehicle I had seen on their website. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. Bill Harada in the sa I came in to test drive a vehicle I had seen on their website. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. Bill Harada in the sales department brought out a similar, but slightly older vehicle for me to test drive. He was very informative and even explained some of the features that would be available in a 2017 vehicle like the one I was looking for. I went home and thought about what was really important to me and emailed a list of must-haves to Bill. Within a few days he contacted me about a car that had all of my requirements. I live about 40 mins away from the dealership. Bill was able to work with me via phone and email to get a lot of the process out of the way in advance of a return trip, which I greatly appreciated! Once I did return, the experience was very positive. Bill had the vehicle detailed and ready for me to test drive. While Bill was working on some of the last minute details, Neil Westfall came over and introduced himself to me and thanked me for my business. When it was time to handle the financing, I worked with Mary McDonnell. She was such a pleasure to work with, as well. I've never actually enjoyed this part of the process. Like everyone I encountered however, Mary was knowledgeable and provided a lot of great information without the usual sales pressure I've felt at other dealerships. I would highly recommended Mini of St. Louis! More
