Sticker price was 16k and final ended up 20k. Added lots of costs at last minute. Have a faulty windshield they would not replace. My rating is excellent, never had an issue in my entire life. Tried to discuss with Ford credit and bounced around. More

The advisor does not answer when called, says they will call back and never do. The only way to get ahold of an advisor is to call and speak to a manager which is almost the same difficulty.
