Sticker price was 16k and final ended up 20k. Added lots of costs at last minute. Have a faulty windshield they would not replace. My rating is excellent, never had an issue in my entire life. Tried to discuss with Ford credit and bounced around. More

The advisor does not answer when called, says they will call back and never do. The only way to get ahold of an advisor is to call and speak to a manager which is almost the same difficulty. Had high expectations for getting things done, however I was disappointed in the service outcome. After I brought my vehicle home I discovered window washer fluid tank has a leak that wasn’t addressed, also was disappointed in the service outcome. After I brought my vehicle home I discovered window washer fluid tank has a leak that wasn’t addressed, also on the exterior light inspection which passed your inspection, I discovered right side tail light was not working,plus I was informed there was a recall on this model that I didn’t know about until I brought it in for an oil change,which was at 39% and that surprised me because I was told oil had been changed just before I bought the vehicle.I believe this recall should have been fixed before I drove the car off the lot after purchasing it. I hope this review helps to improve your service level as I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
