They're terrible. Horrible communication. I've had my F150 for less than 3 months and already had to take it in for 2 recalls. I'll never buy a Ford again, especially Horrible communication. I was met by Kristy upon arrival and was very pleased by her helpfulness and kindness. She took me for a test drive in a used Maverick, but after a brief discussion about the cost of used vs new and the unc her helpfulness and kindness. She took me for a test drive in a used Maverick, but after a brief discussion about the cost of used vs new and the uncertainty of the type of driving the used vehicles might have been subjected to, I decided to buy new. After deciding in trim, color, and options, she found the exact match at another dealership 2 cou ties away. She drive down to fetch it, filled the tank, and had it detailed and ready to go the next day! Everyone at Sunrise was very helpful and obliging. I will see them again when my Maverick is due foe its first service... at Sunrise Ford, of course. It's good to be back in a Ford! More
