Recently purchased a Certified X3 M40i from BMW of Fort Washington. Had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Jim, and Bill. The entire process was great. Andrew took me out for a test drive and walked me t Washington. Had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Jim, and Bill. The entire process was great. Andrew took me out for a test drive and walked me through all the features and the history of the vehicle. Jim worked out a great deal on the vehicle and Bill walked be through all the warranty and protection options. I will certainly be returning to BMW of Fort Washington for my next car! More

From the time I pulled in to the dealership, Ben directed me to the service bay, we chatted after the drop as he accompanied me up the steps into the greeting area. We were able to connect nicely when talking BMW, especially about the performance of the X3 m40i I purchased from the dealership. What a nice, genuine and knowledgeable man to represent the dealership Even came to find me when my vehicle was done(nice wash as well!) and directed me to Brittany’s desk. That’s s fine and dedicated employee, knows the meaning of service and connecting with people. I’ll be back to do the recommended services as per the issued report Thanks Ben! More
