My wife and I had a completely hassle free experience of delving into our first experience with BMW and we believe, that was down to our one on one dealings with Bryan. He made sure we were fully informed of the any developments in between the ordering and delivery and gave his personal insights into the world of BMW, which we truly appreciated. I pride myself as an unrepentant "data junkie" who devoted a full year to get up to speed. Despite such perserverence, Mike Prince and JP the inimitable "BMW Genius" support staff clearly helped me avoid overspending on sevral features to the tune of nearly 7 Gs. So pick their brains for all they're worth. Out of the dozen or so brands I scrutinized in the past year -- Acura/Lexus/Porsche/Mazda as well -- none can hold a candle to this BMW standout particularly wrt risk mitigation / quality management with its exceptional work culture. I kid you not: I put them through the paces. More

I was at the dealer for a software issue, which was fixed. While I was waiting, Ben Ammar asked if I wanted a car wash. He was insistent and proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes on my car.
