On June 10, I brought my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Arrigo West Palm Beach for a recall. During the inspection, I was told I needed four tires, a fuel induction service, an alignment, and cabin and eng Arrigo West Palm Beach for a recall. I made it clear that I was only interested in the tires and alignment and requested a detailed quote. Samantha initially texted me, "With tax everything comes to $937." After I told her I had received a lower quote from Tire Kingdom and would simply decline the work if Arrigo couldn't match it, she called me around 2:46 p.m. and said her manager agreed to comp the alignment. She then sent an updated quote of $827.95, texting, "A little cheaper than Tire Kingdom. How's that for you?" To avoid confusion, she later confirmed in writing: "So I'll get you in for tires and alignment. No to the rest right?" I replied, "Correct, thank you." Based on those conversations and written quotes, I authorized the work. When I returned on June 12 to pick up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly presented with a bill for $993. I explained that this was not the amount I had agreed to and that Samantha had represented her quoted amounts as final totals that included taxes and fees. Instead of addressing the discrepancy professionally, Calvin responded by asking if I understood that taxes apply everywhere, "like at Publix." The situation escalated as Calvin, Bill, Brad, and service manager Cornell became dismissive and confrontational rather than trying to understand why I was confused by the dealership's own pricing error. The most shocking part of this experience was hearing Cornell state, verbatim, "I don't give a xxxx, give him what he wants and get him the xxxx out of here." No customer should ever be spoken about that way. I appreciate that General Manager George, acknowledging that this behavior was unacceptable. However, there was no reason for multiple employees to dogpile, degrade, and disrespect a loyal customer over a mistake that originated from their own staff. I have retained all of the text messages documenting the quoted amounts, services authorized, and timeline of events. Worst service department in WPB. On 5/13/23 I took my Challenger to get serviced at Arrigo WPB. I took a video of the vehicle before it was taken into the service building, and Anthony Salvatierra (service agent) took one as well. Once the vehicle came back from the service building, I looked around the car and noticed two scratches on the lip of the front driver rim. I informed Anthony Salvatierra right away, and he noticed that the tire was also slashed. I showed him the video I took before the vehicle was taken in for service to prove it wasn’t like that before they took the car in. Anthony Salvatierra was then very skeptic and acting as if I was crazy by stating the fact that my vehicle was damaged by the service department. The person that worked on the vehicle was called to come look at the damage, and first thing out his mouth is "I hope I didn't scratch your car." Then the agent informed me that his manager will reach out on Monday. No calls on Monday, but I was not surprised. I called and was told they will send the manager an alert as he wasn’t available. Waited Tuesday till I just went there in the evening. Spoke with the manager, and he had all types of excuses as to why they didn't reach out. Went there to get it fixed today as agreed with the manager and was called an xxxxxxx by this weird childish guy they have working there doing I don’t know what, guess they didn't like the fact that I had a video of the car right before they took it in for service. Now they seem surprised I don't want them to fix anything at their place, and seem to be unwilling to pay to cover the cost to fix what they damaged. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. More

I’m still waiting on parts They didn’t fix my jeep the first time or the second time, and then completely ignored the back wheel well.
