Ordered my 2023 maverick September of 22. Other ford dealerships would not return my call attempting to schedule and order. Bill called back quickly and got me in one day before orders closed. He allowed customers to look at his own maverick to sit in and see one prior to ordering. Bill was always fast to respond during the year wait. He was very upfront on the process and very helpful when my truck arrived. Heritage was a great car buying experience.
