Easy to work with , I was treated as a friend and very professionally at the same time. My salesman Bill LaBonte was efficient and friendly, even coming in while on vacation, which actually was concernin professionally at the same time. He let me know exactly what was going on from the moment I first talked to him to my delivery. Ford should take care in treating great employees as treasures. Theresa Moss did my paperwork . She is a great asset to your company, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions . She recognized that I had limited time and made sure we got through everything in good time. This is my third truck that I've leased through Heritage and it was everything I would expect out of a first rate business. More
