Given the ongoing chip shortage, this was a challenging time to shop for a new car. I emailed all of my local dealers. Heritage Ford had the most responsive and helpful online sales experience. Cole provid time to shop for a new car. I emailed all of my local dealers. Heritage Ford had the most responsive and helpful online sales experience. Cole provided an estimated lead time for the car I asked about, and when I expressed that I was somewhat flexible, he responded with relevant alternatives that met my needs. I then spoke with Bill on the sales team. He had the same sincere and honest approach. I felt like they were truly focused on trying to find the car I wanted rather than to push me into a car they had on the lot. More

Bill and Theresa provided us with an exceptional personalized customer service experience. We traveled from out of state for our purchase and they went above and beyond to facilitate our sales trans personalized customer service experience. By picking us up at the airport and having all the paperwork completed before our arrival, we were able to expedite the process and get on the road for the 15 hour trip home with plenty of daylight to spare!
