He made me like the Ford brand, which I hadn't before I worked with him and it was not a Ford that I was buying. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I forgot my Red Sox bottle opener on the keyring of the car I traded and he made sure to get it and keep it until I picked it up. He also obtained the second key for the vehicle I purchased. It was a very good experience. I was his second car purchase as the new salesman at Heritage. The financial person Chad was great too. A lot of paperwork and he made it easy. I would definitely go back to Heritage. I had previously talked to Dylan Krause who I knew from college but Heritage didn't have what I was looking for at the time. More
