Wonderful dealership with very patient staff. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I went to two other dealerships to look at the same car. We love it! We had a bad experience with other Dealer, We love it! What a great experience. My husband and I were in the market to upgrade his 08 jeep liberty. We were not sure what to expect, but stopped at Branhaven because they had a 12 jeep liberty in stock that we market to upgrade his 08 jeep liberty. We were not sure what to expect, but stopped at Branhaven because they had a 12 jeep liberty in stock that we liked. We were welcomed by Bill at the door and he treated us like old friends. He made all aspects of the car buying experience pleasant. Bill's straight forward pricing approach took the stress out of car buying. Duncan's professional and knowledgable discussion with us made us feel confident about the dealersip, too. After getting our price, we waited a day to make a decision. I did call other dealers and Branhaven's price could only be matched. So we decided to buy the car at here because we were ver impressed with Bill and Duncan We took our kids to start the paperwork and everyone was very friendly to all of us. Knowing our time was valuable, we were able to pick up the car 2 hours later!! Howard was great with our kids and made the paperwork streamlined. We already referred a friend to Branhaven and they are picking their car up tomorrow!! Thank you Branhaven. More

The Branhaven experience has been nothing short as " beyond as advertised" as it made buying a new Jeep very simple , professional with intergity....which is hard to find. In any business....I felt as I was important as ey cared deeply about how people left with their new car. I had stopped in a two diffrebt dealerships of the past two weeks and barely got noticed....I would strongly recommend Duncan with his straight forward gentle no pressure style and hits team that does exactly what you want....as for the 2012 Jeep it is awesome ,As for traiining and setting up the ucoonect phone Bill Larsen iwas amazing ! Called the dealership spoke to Duncan about a truck they had in stock being we where 80 miles away he expplaned all to know over the phone, we felt like we made a friend and drove up and purchased it form t had in stock being we where 80 miles away he expplaned all to know over the phone, we felt like we made a friend and drove up and purchased it form this dealership because of there openess, knowledge on the truck, the williness to stay after hours to accomadate our travel time. I own and have purchased many cars mostly european which seems to be the bench mark in dealerships, service and making you feel that your purchase was the most important thing of the day. the sales/credit staff was exteremly helpful with my purchase. overall everyone was friendly and treated me with respect. Having leased four of five vehicles previously from this dealership we had a history with them. Not the same personnel but, the same dealership. We had stopped leasing from Branhaven due to an unsatisfact dealership we had a history with them. Not the same personnel but, the same dealership. We had stopped leasing from Branhaven due to an unsatisfactory meeting a few years ago when I was told that even though at the time, we had leased four vehicles (most recently Jeep Cherokee Limiteds), there was no customer loyalty program for my sincere interest in a Chrysler 300. To that end, we stopped shopping this dealership. As time went by, and the 2011 Jeep Cherokee's receiving numerous positive reviews, we once again went to Branhaven to listen to what they had to offer. Upon hearing their offer, I then told them about our past history with the dealership, countered with an offer of my own and left it in their hands to contact me. The end result was positive due to Duncan's foresight and desire to get back what once was a loyal customer. He and Bill worked with us which concluded in my wife now driving a new 2011 Limited with pride. This goes to show you that once a bridge is burned, through new personnel with a much more welcoming attitude, a relationship can and has been rebuilt. Your staff is to be commended in regards to capitalizing on a situation and bringing back a repeat customer. After all, word of mouth is your best advertising and rest assured, we'll spread the word about Bill and Duncan coming through for us. More
