Bill Mehrkens was great from day 1 of us walking into the dealership. We had been looking for a new car that was family-friendly, since we are expecting our first child in February. Coming from a 12-year-old dealership. We had been looking for a new car that was family-friendly, since we are expecting our first child in February. Coming from a 12-year-old Mazda 3, I was looking for something mid-sized that would be comfortable to drive, but would also be practical for our growing family. Bill told us all about our vehicle options, took us for a test drive of a GLE (our preferred model), and showed us what was currently available versus what could be built within our desired timeline. We didn't make the decision on the spot, as we still had cars to test drive, but came back within 24 hours to order a new GLE. Once we talked to Bill and test drove that GLE, there was no going back or finding a better car or salesperson to work with. We both felt so comfortable throughout the entire process, and felt like Bill really took the time to explain all of the options to us—we never felt rushed. Once we placed our vehicle order, he communicated with us regularly, keeping us updated on the status and next steps. Once the vehicle arrived (earlier than expected), the pick-up and actual sale process couldn't have been smoother or faster. Segun Maxwell, who helped us with the paperwork and gave us the overview of the vehicle, was also great. He took his time and explained all of the features and how to use them / customize them. The dedication to customer service is abundantly clear, from start to finish. We love our new car, but our experience with Bill really made everything 10x better. We have no regrets, and would recommend Bill and Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre to anyone looking for a new car and an unmatched service experience. More
