Bill Mehrkens was knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure. He was extremely helpful. When I went to pick up my “new to me” MB, Bill was there to greet me. I later found out that it was his day off but he wanted to make sure everything went smoothly so he came in on his day off to be there when I received the car. I was completely humbled by this. This was totally old school service and was incredibly touching. I felt like I was treated like a member of his family, not just a random customer. I highly recommend Bill and MBRVC. More
