Internet sales rep Amber was courteous and had great follow up. When I went to the dealership in person, I was met by sales rep Bill O’Hara who took over the sale. From the very start, we worked off the negotiated price with no tricks or diversions. Sales Manager Ash was also great to deal with as we negotiated a fair trade in deal. Bottom line, I drove off with my new Traverse in 2 hours at a very fair price. Will do business with these folk again in a flash. More
