Excellent service from start to finish & follow ups I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. When it comes time for buying a car it can be intimidating I just purchased my 3rd Kia from The Rock River Block & my 5th car from them for my family. When it comes time for buying a car it can be intimidating or create that fear of someone looking to take advantage of you. Not at this place! I've now formed great friendships with my past salesman & the follow up service is now something I actually look forward to scheduling. What more can I say then "this is where I send my family to buy cars!" More

Great experience with new vehicle from Mitch Went looking for a new Sorento, similar to one we owned but a 2017. Mitch was awsome from the start. He showed us the new features on the 2017 as well Went looking for a new Sorento, similar to one we owned but a 2017. Mitch was awsome from the start. He showed us the new features on the 2017 as well as aware of what model came with certain options. We got more options at a smaller cost by getting a SX instead of adding options to a EX. We picked up the vehicle and Mitch went through everything on the car and also going to meet up again to go over setting technical things up in the new car. He has a great attitue, not pushy, and very friendly and willing and able to answer any questions we had about the deal. I will be checking for him when ready for next vehicle. More

Due to Stas Tsigler, a most pleasant car buying experience! We actually enjoyed our experience buying a new car at Anderson Rock River Block, after going to other dealerships with less knowledgeable salesmen. Stas Tsigler explained everything about the car choices we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He gave us clear information about the cost. We never felt pressured or rushed by him or Josh Smith (in the finance office). It was evident that our salesman loves his job and wanted the best outcome for us. Quite a refreshing difference from the usual stress of car buying! I would highly recommend Stas. He is honest, caring, and we enjoyed his great, positive personality throughout our experience. More

Honest and interested I was offered something within my budget. Mitch described the options available, he didn't just offer the trim level. He explained how I could get all I was offered something within my budget. Mitch described the options available, he didn't just offer the trim level. He explained how I could get all the "extras" and remove unneeded items so I could get a car I will truly love for years to come. I felt like he truly was listening to my answers and that he watched my driving habbets to fit me with the right trim/options package. More
