Very great experience. I highly recommend the service department. Zack & Billy were great to deal with as well. They were very friendly. Came in for first oil change/tire rotation. Also had a spot that needed to be removed on the fabric on the ceiling. Work was done in timely manner. I have always had good service. However this last visit I requested wheel alignment and CHECK brakes. I knew brakes were bad, but a number of other repairs were also made without my permission. I am sure that they were necessary, but I would have appreciated being contacted by phone to explain the need and cost for add-ons. This is the first time in 10 years that I ever had this complaint. Made an appointment for an oil change on 08/27/2020 at 7:30 am and arrived on time. The person that took care of my truck was wearing a mask but not covering his nose. At 9 am. which seems a long time for 7:30 am and arrived on time. The person that took care of my truck was wearing a mask but not covering his nose. At 9 am. which seems a long time for an oil change, when to check and the person that originally took my car was chatting with another employee and even though he knew I was there he continue chatting about a personal matter with the other employee. When he talked to me he informed me that at least an hour is a normal time for an oil change. About 20 minutes later he informed me that the car was ready. When I went to pay I realized a had a coupon for 5 dollars but the cashier told me that it had to be authorized by the person that originally took my car. She paged the person and he was nowhere to be found. After 20 minutes, I just gave up and paid the full price for the oil change. This does not even come close to be good customer service. I have done all my oil changes at the dealership but I am not sure if I will continue. More

Usually everything goes well. But they threw out my pricey K&N air filter!!! Even wrote DO NOT REMOVE and they STILL removed it.
