I’m disappointed with how the inspection and fix didn’t solve the problem with my car at all. As a result I have to go to a Chrysler dealership and pay another inspection fee. This is the second time we’ve solve the problem with my car at all. As a result I have to go to a Chrysler dealership and pay another inspection fee. This is the second time we’ve had to bring the vehicle in multiple times and the first time we spent a lot more money. Very upsetting!! More

Pricing has gone up and the service way down! I left a message afterward regarding a noise I thought was coming from the tires they just rotated and to see why the windshield fluid was not refilled. I never got a call back that day even though I asked for one. I needed to call the following morning to see if my car was ready. I am STILL waiting for a call about my window shield claim - 3-4 weeks l one. I needed to call the following morning to see if my car was ready.
