Bill Severance was promoted to Sales Manager from a Sales and Leasing Consultant in June 2016. Bill Severance joined White River Toyota in May of 2013. When he is not in the showroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ana Paula and three boys Dylan, Nathan and, Ethan. Bill spent seventeen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry before joining the team. He attributes his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for each his clients to spending so much time in a business that is so heavily effected by the customer experience. I had an amazing experience working with Hannah as my car salesperson. From the moment I walked into the store, she was incredibly helpful and genuine. She made my first car purchase process easy and stress- salesperson. From the moment I walked into the store, she was incredibly helpful and genuine. She made my first car purchase process easy and stress-free by not only assisting me during the purchase but also checking in with me warmly afterward. On the first day I visited, she had no problem pulling up four cars for me to look at, ensuring I had plenty of options to consider. Her warmth and helpfulness was consistent throughout the entire process, it made me feel confident and well taken care of! I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car! White River Toyota seems like a nice and professional place as well. I have yet to experience more of it. But in general, everyone seems great! Chris was also genuine and had a smooth experience with the payment of the car. More
