A bit of negotiating around my trade in vehicle and the deal was struck. The next day I was sitting at Marty's desk signing away. Great experience. We ended up going with white river after a time consuming sales pitch at another dealership when we clearly stated we were not ready to buy. I was really impressed with how quickly Dave sent me a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in and how quickly he responded to emails. Once we were ready to pull the trigger, white river was able to give us a lower price on a vehicle that was essentially selling itself. White River was also able to secure is the hard to get vehicle in a timely manner. Dave Leonard was a dream to work with. Tim in finance wasn't overly pushy and didnt ruin the experience either. Overall this was the smoothest, less stressful vehicle purchase I have made yet. I highly recommended white river Toyota. More

Mr. Newton brought my 2019 Rav4 LE to the entrance for me to look it o I received great service from Bill Severance Sales Manager and Lincoln Newton. Mr. Newton brought my 2019 Rav4 LE to the entrance for me to look it over and go through the redesign features of the 2019 RAV 4. We then took it for a test drive. The purchase and sales paperwork went smoothly and efficiently. I was given a tour of the dealership and introduced to the parts manager and the Service department. I was able to purchase the weather Teach floor mats and mudguards for my vehicle. Future appointments were made for my scheduled service. All in all I was impressed by the personnel at White River Toyota and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
