So when I was in the market for a Certified 4Runner, I figured I'd look 'em up. What an unfortunate mistake. I walked through the door pre-approved and ready to buy. Four days and much aggravation and mis-information later, I walked out the door without a Runner. The inaccuracies in their purchase agreement(s) and failure to correct them were simply too much for my financial institution. And while I struggled to sort it out with the dealership, they sold the vehicle to someone else. Overall a very disappointing experience, and I doubt I'll be back any time soon. More

I am pleased that the team pulled through all the COVID-19 barriers to assist me and assure my customer satisfaction. I am very happy with my 2020 Corolla. It has great acceleration and super horsepower! The guys just need to spell my name correctly and get the right social security number on my credit application. Additionally, I hope that the quality assurance of the maintenance service performed and required on my car will assure that it safely passes VT state inspection and that the Toyota I am leasing at White River Toyota will have a legal state inspection sticker on it for the duration of the lease. I appreciate a heads up on a current inspection sticker and rotation of my tires. I truly appreciate Zachary's Robert's footwork and the honest communication of the whole team working together to deliver a new Toyota in spite of a few obstacles! Thank you! More

Would also recommend more training of staff- though he was nice he wasn’t going to come out to go over the dashboard and steering wheel buttons/ options until my husband asked him to. He also should have told us about the XM radio trial( did find out about it myself) and the Verizon WiFi( my husband found the info on this) my last car was a Nissan so things on this car where a little different. The sales person hadn’t been there to long so hopefully he will improve over the next months. More
