He never failed to call me when he said would or when new information was available. I cannot say enough about him. In addition, the finance manager I met with to sign the paperwork was able to explain what I was signing and in particular how the extended warranty plan with Mopar works in plain, everyday English. He also gave me the paperwork I would need to get my poro rata refund due back from Mopar for the car I traded in. The only negative about the dealership is your service department, in particular one of the Service Managers, who was just plain rude and talked down to me a week or so ago. In fact, I will most likely bring my new car to another dealership due to the unprofessional, detached customer service representatives in the Service Department. More
