Had a wonderful experience with Bill Smith at Troncalli. We went in to test drive a preowned VW Tiguan and wound up taking it home an hour later. Bill was super knowledgeable about the car and really easy going. He was not pushy at all and got us in and out very quickly and efficiently. It is not often that you come across a salesperson like Bill. 5 stars all around! More
