Bill, my tech was great! He kept me informed on the progress of my repair and the ordered part that we had to wait for. Park Ford’s repair was completed earlier than expected He kept me informed on the progress of my repair and the ordered part that we had to wait for. Park Ford’s repair was completed earlier than expected which was a plus. But I only gave the dealership 4 stars as their invoicing is confusing and we never got a written estimate on the order/repair to begin with. So next time I know to ask for it and not expect it to be in the paperwork. More

The service department at Parks Ford is FANTASTIC. I am acknowledged, helped, recognized and made to feel welcome and valued each time I bring my truck in for service.
