New Port Richey Hundai I took my 2012 Hyundai Elantra to the dealer to have a recall item replaced. while i was waiting for the repairs to be made to my 2012 Hyundai i start I took my 2012 Hyundai Elantra to the dealer to have a recall item replaced. while i was waiting for the repairs to be made to my 2012 Hyundai i started looking at the new 2017 Hyundai cars. they looked great. the same salesman that sold me the 2012 Hyundai Elantra showed me the new line of cars and i decided to trade my 2012 car for a 2017 Hyundai. Trading in my lease I went to Hyundai to trade in my lease. Overall I had a good experience, but it seems to be hit or miss with the level of customer service experience I went to Hyundai to trade in my lease. Overall I had a good experience, but it seems to be hit or miss with the level of customer service experience you receive. There are some very helpful and kind staff but I have also run into some overbearing and inconsiderate staff as well. It is clear to see though that Hyundai of New Port Richey tries their hardest to get you what you want for the price you can afford. Disregarding the few disrespectful staff that I have come into contact with, I have always had good experiences with this dealership. More
