I came in knowing the exact car I wanted. This would be my very first car I own. I got offered a sale price via email. My dad (who has bought numerous vehicles due to his company) came along with me. We began talking about the pricing details with Bill. I asked him if there's any chance we can lower the price. He said no. I kept asking but he continued to say no. I asked if we could speak to his manager (Mohit Saini) and Bill said "He'll tell you the exact same thing." Mohit came over and began explaining the pricing details again. I completely understood what he was saying, but I was asking for a very small reduction. He seemed more aggressive the more I kept asking. My dad kept insisting that I ask because he knew there had to be SOME wiggle room. Mohit would not change the price a single bit. Mohit seemed to be irritated, but what did he expect? He works at a dealership , he should expect negotiating. As we were about to leave I asked him if he would keep that price in case I want to come back the next day, and he aggressively replied, “No we are not changing the price. The price is staying the same.”, which didn’t even answer what I had asked him. The very next day, my dad and I go to McGrath Honda located in xx. Charles. I got the SAME EXACT car! The managers were much more understanding and easy to work with. They offered me exactly what I asked for here at Valley Honda PLUS it came with additional accessories that Valley Honda did not offer me! More
