The moment I walked into the show room, I realized that this was a different dealership. Everyone was so nice and honest. I usually walk into a dealership and immediately get angry because I know they wi this was a different dealership. Everyone was so nice and honest. Our experience with Bill Terhorst was outstanding! We initially met him when we were in the early stages of shopping for a new vehicle last fall. We weren’t quite ready to make a purchase at that poin We initially met him when we were in the early stages of shopping for a new vehicle last fall. We weren’t quite ready to make a purchase at that point, but Bill took his time with us, and we never felt pressured. As a family man himself, he understood the needs of our family and that buying a new car isn’t something to rush into. We knew when the time came to buy a new vehicle that we absolutely wanted to work with Bill. In fact, he is the reason we didn’t even bother shopping around at other dealers. We didn’t want to buy a car from any other salesperson. We felt we could trust him, and that is increasingly rare these days. When we came back last week to make a purchase, Bill was fantastic. We spent an afternoon/evening going back and forth between two different models, and Bill was extremely patient with us as we weighed the pros and cons of each, went on several test drives, etc. It started getting late, and we needed to get home to feed our kids dinner. Even though we weren’t able to complete the sale that day, Bill was patient, courteous and understanding. When we came back the next day to finally buy our new Odyssey, Bill made sure everything went smoothly. He helped us get a fair deal, and took plenty of time to go over all of our new van’s features. All in all, it was a the best experience we have ever had buying a car and would definitely ask for Bill as our salesperson for any future car purchases. More
