Purchased 2016 Honda Pilot Elite and had Great Experience We were very happy to finally find a dealership that was large enough to have the higher end brand new Pilots to test drive. After looking across about 10 dealerships, only valley Honda had a Pilot Touring and Elite to drive. Bill was friendly and knowledgeable about these new vehicles and he helped us wade through the differences and benefits of each model. He is a no pressure salesperson that dealt with us honestly every step of the way. I highly recommend calling him. He has wonderful followthrough as well, we had to order the exact color/interior combination of the Pilot we decided on, as we waited for the car to be built he called every week and gave me an update. The car arrived several weeks earlier then the estimate!. More

My dad and I ended up taking it to Valley Honda and met up with Bill. At the time, we didn't have the funds to secure a new vehicle through them but Bill said it was no problem and was patient with us for over a month. They kept my old car there with no additional cost. After waiting for what felt like forever I was able to purchase my car yesterday with Bill. The process was smooth, pleasant, and secured me the loan I felt was the best value. I will definitely be back to Valley Honda for another car in the future, whether it's a year or 5 years from now.
