I purchased the new 2013 RAM 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I did not go to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I went there to test drive it and talk about numbers. He listened to my requests and answered my questions directly. I don't like to haggle and Bill understood that and got straight to the point. I visited other Jeep dealerships in the area and left because the pressure was too much to bear. Within a couple of hours I test-drove the vehicles I liked, negotiated a deal, and headed home a soon-to-be Jeep Grand Cherokee owner (I picked up the vehicle the next day). Thanks Bill! More

Brought my kids there and we felt welcome from the time we stepped into the door. Also on a side note, the dealership has a nice playroom for the kids to play around in while you work the magic deal! Overall Experience: Best car shopping experience I have ever had! This is how you should feel when buying a car! Price: I bought a Dodge Challenger and I got a lot of vehicle for the price I paid. The Finance director even got me a better rate than my bank had approved me for! More

Bill was friendly and professional and worked with me to get me the best price possible on the Jeep that I wanted. 495 went the extra mile by getting me the exact vehicle I wanted and worked every way possible to pay for it giving me many options to choose from. After the deal was finalized, Bill worked after hours and delivered the car to me in NH. Everyone on the team from the owner to the finance manager was down to earth and treated me like a regular person and not like a piece of meat thrown to the sharks in the tank. If the Jeep Grand Cherokee is anything like I think its going to be I will be buying Jeeps from now on and from 495 Chrysler. More
