This is something that I rarely see at a dealership. Shah Ghandchi was my finance director and he was just as awesome as Bill! Seriously, the staff there was great. Friendliness: See above! But... Brought my kids there and we felt welcome from the time we stepped into the door. Also on a side note, the dealership has a nice playroom for the kids to play around in while you work the magic deal! Overall Experience: Best car shopping experience I have ever had! This is how you should feel when buying a car! Price: I bought a Dodge Challenger and I got a lot of vehicle for the price I paid. The Finance director even got me a better rate than my bank had approved me for! More

Was given Bill Tierney's name from a family member who had already purchased a car from 495 Chrysler. Bill was friendly and professional and worked with me to get me the best price possible on the Jeep t had already purchased a car from 495 Chrysler. Bill was friendly and professional and worked with me to get me the best price possible on the Jeep that I wanted. 495 went the extra mile by getting me the exact vehicle I wanted and worked every way possible to pay for it giving me many options to choose from. After the deal was finalized, Bill worked after hours and delivered the car to me in NH. Everyone on the team from the owner to the finance manager was down to earth and treated me like a regular person and not like a piece of meat thrown to the sharks in the tank. If the Jeep Grand Cherokee is anything like I think its going to be I will be buying Jeeps from now on and from 495 Chrysler. More

When we walked into the dealersip, we were looking for a used car, and based on what we were looking for, they didnt have anything that would work for us. They listened to our needs, and gave us a brand new used car, and based on what we were looking for, they didnt have anything that would work for us. They listened to our needs, and gave us a brand new car at the exact price and style that we were looking for! The Finace Director and Owner were heavily involved and it made us feel a lot more at ease dealing directly with them. Everyone was courteous, friendly and we got a great mini-van for the price. We usually dont like going into car dealerships, but this was the best experience we have ever had. More

They go over and above to meet your wants and needs. They are super friendly, undoubtedly knowledgeable and extremely helpful from Sales/Finance right down to the Office Manager. Searched the web for a truck with my specific options and value ($$$$). The 495 Dealership offered an internet special with what I was looking for. Being a skeptic, I sent an email to see if this vehicle w value ($$$$). The 495 Dealership offered an internet special with what I was looking for. Being a skeptic, I sent an email to see if this vehicle was still available (not the case with other dealerships) and within a few minutes Bill responded. I appreciated the fact that Bill followed my instructions and contacted me via email. (I've had other dealerships keep calling even though I requested that I be contacted via email and not by phone.) Bill setup a time for me to see the truck and take it for a test drive... no pressure, he let me set the day and time and was accommodating to my work schedule. When I seen the truck I told him how impressed I was that the pictures on the web actually matched the vehicle.... I've had experiences where you find out the pictures are not the same as those advertised on the web.. differing autos or stock photos. Bill explained that all their vehicles have professional pictures taken and posted... I even revisited the 495 site and given the weather conditions, etc. in the pictures you can tell all vehicles have unique photos... very impressive and not always the case with other dealerships. Once I decided on the vehicle... Bill and his finance team were extremely helpful in providing me with the best financing options available. I greatly appreciate the extra mile Bill went through to provide financing. I like the fact that Bill stayed in touch with me throughout the purchase process via email and text. I'm on the phone or in meetings all day and cannot always answer external phone calls. Bill was always responsive to the emails and texts that I sent him... greatly appreciated! Without hesitation I would purchase another vehicle from Bill or send family and friends to see him. Well done! More

Bill was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and I really enjoyed working with him. He offered me different options as far as available vehicles that might be of interest to me. I went to 3 Dodge dealers. One was bad (Grava), one was adequate (Clark & White). 495 was notably better: Better price, better customer service, lower pressure sell. There were some problems with the ca adequate (Clark & White). 495 was notably better: Better price, better customer service, lower pressure sell. There were some problems with the car (noise in the sunroof, problem with the locks, scratched paint). They were very responsive and took care of what they could (some repairs are still pending). The owner introduced himself and was very supportive, assuring me that any concerns I had would be taken care of. Overall a very positive experience. More

I went to 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge after going to two other big dealers who have lower advertised prices .But when you get there they either had one car at that price or there was hidden fees . When I talked to Bill on the phone he gave me all the cost such as Tax , Reg and Dealer fee and to my surprise nothing changed when I went to the Dealership .Bill then introduced me to Jim in the Finance Office he shopped for the best interest rate and went over different Warrany options it could not have been easier . Bill then took the time to go over the entire vehicle with me before delivery and answered all my question in a professional way .Bill then called the next day to see how I am enjoying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and if I have any more questions this is after I spent 1/2 hour the day before going over the Jeep . The entire process took less than two hours , definetly would recomend 495 to family and friends . More
