I purchased the new 2013 RAM 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I did not go to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I went there to test drive it and talk about numbers. It's been 7 years since I purchased a new car. That was a traumatizing experience, so as imagined, I wasn't looking forward to going back to it. He listened to my requests and answered my questions directly. I don't like to haggle and Bill understood that and got straight to the point. I visited other Jeep dealerships in the area and left because the pressure was too much to bear. Within a couple of hours I test-drove the vehicles I liked, negotiated a deal, and headed home a soon-to-be Jeep Grand Cherokee owner (I picked up the vehicle the next day). Thanks Bill! More
