We just purchased our 8th vehicle from this dealership! Matt and Bill are excellent to work with! They are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. They truly want their customers to be MORE than satisfied! Matt is always available to answer questions or help when needed. This dealership truly builds relationships with their customers. As a teacher, I have referred many of my colleagues to this dealership and they all have had excellent experiences. The service department is also reliable and trustworthy. My parents live two hours away and come to Fred Anderson to buy their vehicles. Toyotas are the best for mileage, reliability and function. We loved our new Rav4, Forerunner and now used Tundra. Best car buying experience that we've ever had! We got a great deal on a great vehicle! The entire staff did an exceptional job from start to finish. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle ou We got a great deal on a great vehicle! The entire staff did an exceptional job from start to finish. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle out of state. We had talked with several other dealerships, both local and out of state. They all tried to pressure us into a deal that didn't quite meet our expectations, until we found Fred Anderson Toyota. Not once did we feel pressured in any way. I initially sent an email inquiring about a 2019 Rav4 AWD XLE Premium. I was promptly contacted by Victoria. I explained our preapproval that we already had from our own financial institution. I told her exactly which features that we were looking for in our vehicle. She very promptly connected me with Jeff Miller. They, together were able to get us into the exact vehicle that we wanted at exactly the right price. Everyone from the sales department to the finance team was extremely professional, courteous, and informative throughout the entire process. They helped us along the entire way with any questions or concerns that arose. This deal was 100% painless and problem free. We couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! When the time comes to look for another vehicle, we will most definitely be contacting Jeff Miller and the staff here again. I would recommend this dealership and it's team to anyone looking for a great deal from great people. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. More

A Pleasant Used Car Buying Experience-Charlie Bodine Charlie Bodine was actually the third person to help me when I visited Fred Anderson in Charleston. I was a little hesitant, at first, since the firs Charlie Bodine was actually the third person to help me when I visited Fred Anderson in Charleston. I was a little hesitant, at first, since the first person to show me around the lot pointed out cars that were out of our desired price range. Charlie brought things down to where I was looking, and we started test-driving. He communicated in a dialogue, instead of just talking at me, as was my experience at some dealerships in North Charleston. Though I didn't find the right car, initially, I kept looking, and Charlie was attentive to my text inquiries; responding in a timely and professional manner. It probably took nearly a month for me to settle on something that was a good choice for my wife to drive to work every day, but when I did, Charlie made it convenient (we ALL have busy schedules) and efficient. The only kink in the experience had to do with finance, as I wasn't aware that there was a minimum required amount for financing. The terms were not very appealing, so I just paid the entire amount. We have had the car for a week, now, and my wife loves it. I would (and will) definitely recommend Charlie Bodine to others, as he knows his product, listens actively, and he is just, generally, a good guy who made me feel like I was shopping for a car with a friend instead of a salesman.
