Our salesperson, Kurtis Luedtke, was professional and attentive. On our first visit, I felt that he heard me as far as what we were looking for, and where we were in the buying process. When we returned two days later and decided upon a vehicle, negotiations were business-like, without any of the old-school sales approaches. From there, financing options were presented in a clear manner by more courteous and friendly personnel. Delivery of the vehicle could not have been more worry-free: after a day in the shop adding a feature we wanted, Fred Anderson personnel took care of returning the rental vehicle that my insurance had arranged for. More

He is VERY knowledgeable about the highlander. I made it clear that I was not buying a car that day. He gave me the information I was asking for and let me walk away. I was very impressed with that. He gave me a day or two before calling to see what I thought. My husband shopped at another dealership for the same car. Chris and his manager were very quick to call and match the deal we were offered by the other dealership. I have a very demanding job and not a lot of free time. I've NEVER had such an honest car salesman. I understand it's this dealerships goal to be just the opposite of what people have experienced most tl frequently in a car dealership.
