Very Helpful, very friendly My experience with Brent was phenomenal. He was an extremely pleasant person, and did everything he could to help me and make the experience better. When we were unable to finish due to something on my end, he let me take the car for two days as a demo while I got everything in order. He was never pushy, and did not try to upsell me to more expensive models. He worked with me to find the right car for me at the right price, not just the car they wanted to sell. Dealership is amazing besides one person I worked with some pretty great people in the picking out and buying process of my new vehicle until I got to one guy that was beyond rude and doesn’t I worked with some pretty great people in the picking out and buying process of my new vehicle until I got to one guy that was beyond rude and doesn’t know accurate information based on credit. Told him I didn’t want my credit ran because I already had a loan and his check would hit my credit and effect my score. He assured me it would not and ran my credit without my permission. I was right it hit my score and dropped it. After he comes back in he proceeded to be rude with the way he spoke to me and my sister and almost cost the nice people I worked with a sale. I had to get a different representative to finish my paperwork he was so rude and once again didn’t know the correct information which will be misleading to another person who gets stuck with him. More
