Great car-buying experience W were greeted by friendly, courteous Christen Salvatico: very knowledgeable on the models I was interested in purchasing. Christen helped us "build the car" and then my husband and I worked with Bill Utnick in finance. We arrived at a fair price (lease) and the date the car would be available. Christen followed up with 2/3 phone calls within the 3 week waiting period. The car was ready for delivery on date promised: all papers easily signed. Christen reviewed the manual and amenities with great patience and care...making sure I understood. The"Connect" was done at the dealership; the smartphone was set up before I left. Philip was called in to install a child's car seat. The knowledge, courtesy, fair-minded pricing and conscientiousness of everyone at Toyota has reenforced my trust (we have had a Land Cruiser and Lexus before). As a family who buys cars every 2-3 years this has been a VERY EASY and HAPPY experience. We will recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Christen Salvitico in particular. More

Salesman- Danny Marflake What a wonderful experience I had buying my Toyota Corolla. My salesman Danny Markflake was terrific, he had so much knowledge of the Corolla. Danny also listened to my needs and met all of what I wanted and the price I was able to pay. He was so friendly and sincere, which is very hard to find both in people today. I can not say enough of what a lucky dealership Fred Anderson is to have him. I said to my daughter who might be interested in the Toyota Scion to see Danny first before going to a dealership in Ashville NC where she presently lives. I have that much trust in him giving her the best price for the vehicle. I also work at a local hospital and have been sharing Fred Anderson and Danny Markflake to my coworkers , if they need to purchase a car . Again what wonderful service from beginning to end of the purchase. More

New SUV Purchase With NO High Pressure Sales Tactics Purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. From the time starting with the internet contacts with Dana to the follow up and deal with Eddie Cooks there was no Purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. From the time starting with the internet contacts with Dana to the follow up and deal with Eddie Cooks there was no pressure to buy. With our trade in value, we were at very different ends of the spectrum. So, Don Hesher, as a sales manager, sat down with us and very professionally explained their value determination. Very shortly after we were able to come to an agreement still without pressure. Our final step was obviously, financing. We worked with Bill Utnick. Bill was, just as with the rest of staff, very easy to work with, personable and offered additional products and programs without any pressure whatsoever. Very pleasant experience from all to say the least. More
