I’m extremely pleased with Bill, I contacted him over the phone for very first time just before 6 hrs of purchasing the car, he was quick and to the point to get the business done. Only downside I see was fi phone for very first time just before 6 hrs of purchasing the car, he was quick and to the point to get the business done. Only downside I see was finance team at your dealership should have tried to get couple more bank quotes, I feel they did not do good job in finding a better rate as I have excellent credit and I signed for 2% rate more than my pre approval with my bank. I’m happy to share about your dealership details to my friends and family. More

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bill Ward at Bradshaw Infiniti. I warned Bill that I would be skeptical early on as we had to build a little trust along the way. I warned him that I had some not so pleasant experiences in the past that made it more difficult for the present experience(s). Boy, what an outstanding experience with both Bill and the Bradshaw Infiniti team! I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They all were very professional throughout our time from looking at a car to the test drive to the car buying experience. Most importantly, they let the car do the real talking!
