I thought my car was within the 3/36 warranty (I bought the car "NEW" from your dealership in 04/2022 AND I bought the extended warranty thru your dealership) but I found out my repair was 2 months out of the car "NEW" from your dealership in 04/2022 AND I bought the extended warranty thru your dealership) but I found out my repair was 2 months out of warranty. If I knew that before bringing it in, I would have replaced both batteries myself and I would have saved at least $350.00! No matter what, I have always gotten 5 years of service out of a car battery until now, and I'm sure the dealer could have covered my repair if they wanted to. Thanks a bunch. More

Well after 12 years of being a faithful customer after purchasing my 2013 JGC and having all repair work done at Ziegler throughout the years, it's seems like we have to cut ties. A few months ago an Uber was available paid by Ziegler to take me home, just a couple weeks ago Marco made the decision to deny that to me. It seems like after 2020 the excellent service is no more. Loaner cars none existent. Being up front and honest about labor times also not necessary to tell the customer. I made a good choice purchasing my 2023 JGCL at Elgin. More
