Worst customer service experience of my life! Told my salesman I had returned to buy the vehicle after going through all the hoops of setting up my insurance, securing my loan, and they instead s Told my salesman I had returned to buy the vehicle after going through all the hoops of setting up my insurance, securing my loan, and they instead sell the vehicle right in front of me and my son! We literally sat there for an hour while another customer fit her car seats in and went for a test ride. Not sure what they did not understand by us saying we had returned to buy.??? And they knew we were arranging everything! (took less than 3 business hours) I will enjoy it when the days return where car salesmen actually treat people kindly who are spending thousands of dollars. Supply and demand is no reason to be so unprofessional. More
