Car buying experience was ok. A day after taking it home the check engine light came on. I call dealership they say to bring it in. Find out it’s a evap leak tell me I can continu A day after taking it home the check engine light came on. I call dealership they say to bring it in. Find out it’s a evap leak tell me I can continue to drive it (service dept) because they don’t have a loaner car. I end up getting stranded after pumping gas the service dept calls me tells me I should just stick the nozzle in to let a little pressure out and it will be just fine. I’m not sure how that’s a solution. I then do this which car drives. The overall service center isn’t great poor solutions when they are responding to issues. The sales side did end up putting me in a loaner call. Myself and my husband won’t be back to buy any car from this dealership as we were disappointed. We tried to go to one that was locally owned and not a Branch of step one but we were burnt from doing that. In the future we plan to venture out to Alabama to the local Chevy out there. It’s a shame they claimed to be military oriented my husband who was deployed had to call up there and argue with the service team then to get ahold of the sales manager because of the improper treatment of this whole situation. I hope that improvements are made. More
