Allen Turner has been, by far,the best dealership I have experienced. I went to test drive a car that wasn't there at the time. I expressed my interest to Steve who assured me it would be there the next day. Went back the next day, the car was there and Steve met me, on his day off to assist me in my test drive and questions. I left undecided and a few hours later new I should have bought the car. I contacted Steve who then referred me to Billy. Billy was very helpful and informative. He made the tedious paperwork process as easy and comfortable as possible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend giving Allen Turner Chevrolet a chance in your car buying search. I promise, you won't look any further. More

After calling ahead, they paired me with Billy Asble who politely made contact with me and took note of my interests. He listened and understood rather than recommended whatever vehicles they were trying to move off the lot. Upon arrival, he had keys to each of the cars I was interested in. I test drove each and quickly realized I needed to adjust my own expectations. Billy was quick to react and recommended a couple trucks of varied levels and prices. He knew the products on the lot as well as the competition's offerings. He came to me with a reasonable offer and even provided it in WRITING. I have had other offers from other dealerships and they are quick to snatch that paper up when you don't jump on it. I took the written offer and told Billy that I would be remiss if I didn't at least give the other major makes a chance to compete. He understood and wasn't forceful at all, but he did ask to make contact with him if I was looking at making a different purchase. At Ford, right next-door, I found a decent comparable and after some haggling, they offered to match Billy's offer. The problem was, it wasn't the right color or drivetrain options for me. A few more dealerships, (Gary Smith Ford flat said they couldn't compete with Billy's offer and Preston Hood Chevrolet couldn't match the truck OR the price) Billy kept sweetening the offer and after a whole day of wasting my time with other dealerships, I was right back where I started, 10 hours earlier. Billy was kind and patient with my kids and didn't pull any of that garbage, trying to diminish the offerings of other brands. I will happily refer my friends and family to Billy Asble and look forward to working with him in the future for my own needs. More

I was very upfront with what I wanted to spend and to be hit at closing with a car payment that was double what I wanted to stay at was very upsetting. I have great credit and even put money down. I felt so uncomfortable and pressured during this time because “so much time had been put towards getting me in this car”. We finally settle on some things but not what I thought I initially agreed to. It was a let down for sure! Fast forward a month and I am having to purchase my registration for a second time for 2019!!! Do not waste your time going here they do not know how to do there jobs effectively or efficiently. such a bummer though because they were all very nice people and wanted to be helpful but maybe that was just a front. More
