First Time Buyer - Fantastic Experience Went in there about 2 weeks ago to test drive a Ford Explorer Platinum. I was immediately greeted by Andy, who grabbed the keys and allowed me to test drive a combination of highway and city. After that we talked numbers before meeting Rick and Patrick. Ultimately I was not ready to buy, so I left. I knew it was the car I wanted but I drive close to 300 miles a week, so a Highlander, which is a bit more fuel efficient was also part of my decision. I took a week to work it all out, running numbers, reading reviews, etc. During that time Andy never pressured me and never bombarded me with calls like the sales people at other dealers tend to do. He gave me the space to work it all out. When I was ready I sent an email to Andy and Patrick about the price I was willing to pay for the flagship Explorer. A few days later they met my asking price. Andy also got all of the dealer options I wanted like tints, all weather mats, and mud guards at no extra cost. Financing was hassle free. Rick took care of that. Very smart guy. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time. Got me a respectable deal on the ESP for maintenance and parts. So for the next 100K miles I don't have to pay for anything outside of dents, tires and battery. Ultimately, I'm extremely happy with the Explorer. Bozard's service was excellent. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Jesse was awesome with helping me find a truck I was looking for and then once in finance, Ryan had me in and out in 45 minutes. From the time I arriv Jesse was awesome with helping me find a truck I was looking for and then once in finance, Ryan had me in and out in 45 minutes. From the time I arrived at the dealership it was about 3.5 hours and I was driving off in a new truck. Best buying experience I've ever had. Ryan even searched several banks (besides Ford financing) to get me a great rate. More

Overall good, but areas culd be improved upon. The sale of the vehicle seemed to go very smoothly. Unfortunately, some of the aftermarket work, where we were told it would be done within next 3-5 days still has not occurred. Its now been nearly two weeks and still no updates, instead I leave messages and get calls stating not sure why but they'll let us know. Believe in the notion to "under promise and over deliver" versus "over promise and under deliver". Not end of the world but don't tell us 3-5 days if you can't achieve that promise. More

Well in my case, it's just the contrary and I wanted to make sure All too often a survey is only addressed when a customer has a negative experience. Well in my case, it's just the contrary and I wanted to make sure that the proper parties get recognized for their exceptional service. I purchased a set of headlights and recently had the parts department at Bozard install them for me. Greg,Cody, and Jayson together helped to point out some options for me regarding the bulbs that had come with my new headlights. Ultimately, I did not use the included bulbs and I'm glad that I didn't. I then purchased a different type of bulb and was told that it could be installed for me at no charge. I then arrived at Bozard and was greatly promptly and nicely by Greg again. I had originally set up a 2pm appointment, but I was able to get there early. I didn't even have to wait before I was then greeted by Billy whom helped me continue with my headlight venture. It was soon after this that we were able to realize that the new bulbs that's I had purchased would not work without a large amount of modifying. Billy then so kinda removed both of my headlights and re-installed my original headlights for me, mind you in longs pants and 90 degree heat. Billy smiled and assured me over and over that it was okay, with me full heartedly knowing that he's now working this hard because of my negligence. At the end of the day, I was able to have my original headlights re-installed for me and as a result of the guidance and help, avoid a costly, quite possibly dangerous result had I tried to embark on my headlight fiasco alone. In ending, I just wanted to make it very well known, that it's customer service like this that has spawned my family and myself to be proud owners of now 8 vehicles from Bozard Ford. Thank you once again. More

Mixed Reviews - Out of the ordinary I generally give Bozard high marks, but for the latest service was a different experience. I made an appointment online for two items 1) Diesel exhaus I generally give Bozard high marks, but for the latest service was a different experience. I made an appointment online for two items 1) Diesel exhaust fluid is being consumed more than expected 2) Fog lights and backup lights keep blowing. As I was being checked in they said they would take care of the exhaust fluid diagnostic. However, my advisor said she would have to check with the Parts team on the fog and backup lights issue to see if they could fit me in (My truck is a Bozard built lifted F350 basically speced and built by the dealer before I purchased it.) Parts informed me I was not on their schedule and they could not fit me in. I referenced my appointment and the detail I left and the service advisor verified my appointment and details. I was told that the online appointment system is not linked to that of parts and they were full. I stated that their internal issues with their scheduling system was not my problem and that they should honor the appointment I had made. After some back and forth they agreed to fit me in and look at the lights. They found nothing wrong with the electrical system and said they would have to talk to the parts manager since the truck is a special build. I asked if they could at least replace the three burnt out fog lights and one burnt out backup light as I had a car show the next day. They said no as they don't stock replacement bulbs for these lights. So the advisor indicated he would check with the parts manager and get back to me. Over a week later and two calls from me and no response. On my next call, I again had to leave a message but this time the Parts manager did call me back. I now have to bring the truck in a second time for an issue I had already brought it in for. Also, this is at least the second time they've had to replace one of the fog light bulbs. Was not happy with service as I was there from 1 to 5:30 and did not get my main issue fixed. For the record, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from them in 3 years (F150 Raptor, Roush Stage III Mustang and now the Rockstar Edition F350). Oh, one more thing - on my last visit, the tech left a socket on the bumper and put the tailgate down denting one of the "Super Duty" chrome inserts and scratching the bumper. These were not addressed either even though the parts manager said to bring it in the have the damage fixed. More
