Larry was very helpful in our trading experience. We had an issue with our new car after leaving, he helped get us in to the service department to get it checked out. We were having a engine misfire on our 2016 Mustang GT. We took it to Bozard Ford service department in St. Augustine. Wonderful customer care , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away wit , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away with the most beautiful vehicle. The staff at Bozard Ford and Lincoln worked with me on the price style and year make and model. When I walked in I was indifferent as to what I would look at. The staff helped me become zoned in on one vehicle that I knew would suit my needs. I previously owned an SUV from Lincoln but they know Lauren care made that model. They put me in the best MKX And I walked away with my car that day. I give them five stars More
